Great Location and Great Properties

Our Student Properties in Chester are all conveniently located close to the city centre, amenities and the University of Chester campuses. All our Student Houses in Chester are comprised of either 5 or 6 student rooms and can be rented by an entire group or by an individual.  Also, our properties are maintained to a high standard to provide hassle free living. However, if something does come up, we are approachable and easily contacted and you can rely on us to be there to sort it out quickly.

The house itself upon first appearance was great. There is plenty of space and room for the six people living here is excellent. Three bathrooms with working proper showers is also a great feature of the house. The kitchen is nice equipped with a big oven (with an extractor fan), microwave, fridge, freezer and even a dishwasher. There is also a big washing machine with a big dryer. The conservatory is also excellent providing a nice place to hang out during the day and the evenings with open moveable doors, to go in the big garden. The rooms are also fantastic, double beds and lots of storage space. If you are looking for somewhere to rent, I definitely recommend it. The Landlord Mark is also really helpful and helps with any issues you have. He is the one to go to. 25/04/2020

It is clear that Mark takes a lot of pride in his accommodation, he is always fast at resolving issues within the house and easy to contact. The overall experience for my tenancy is supremely satisfactory in terms of location, budget as well as house condition. The property is located in Hoole but it is quite close to town, it is just 5 min walking to the railway station and 10 min walking to supermarkets and stores in Brook Street. And it is a good location choice to walk to both Parkgate campus (20 mins) and Queen’s Park campus (25 mins). Secondly, the rental for my room is absolutely the best price, as I could not find any others comparing thoroughly. All bills included (electronic, wifi, water, heating) and pay monthly works for me very much. The housing applications are very decent, fully equipped kitchen (kitchen size is a bit small for five but it is ok for two people cooking at the same time), kitchen storage space is fairly allocated and enough for my stuff. The living area is ok with three sofas. I live in the upper rare room which is the smallest single bedroom as I look for the cheapest budget and there is enough space for my storage. By the way, there is seldom street noisiness as it is away from the road, most of the time, however, my room is beside bathroom (the wall is relatively thin) so sometimes I can hear a bit water and fan’s sounds when people are taking shower (but it is absolutely minimum and completely acceptable for me and my housemates are very considerable). I would say on Friday night and Saturday night, there are some neighbours having parties (drinking and dancing with music) occasionally, but thankfully none of them carried on after 1 am, sometimes we have been politely informed by the next door, personally, I think it is ok as it is not every single week. Two shower rooms, two toilets, tumble dryers, which really enhance the quality of staying. By the way, the landlord is very approachable and actionable when we need to contact him, and I enjoy chatting with him when we meet every time. Also lovely to share the house with four amazing ladies (this is mixed at the moment), all of them are nice people, the house is always maintained by us as clean as possible. 30/03/2020

I have really enjoyed my 2 years at 37 Ermine Rd. Mark is an excellent, friendly and attentive landlord who has provided everything for us. Whenever there had been an issue or a fault with the house, it was dealt with immediately. 10/10 would recemmend. 29/03/2020

When we had left after putting down our deposit for 205 we all felt a bit uneasy, the landlord had been rally friendly, the rent was cheap and the house was exactly what we wanted. We were expecting some secret drawback, but there wasn't one! At one point our washing machine even broke but Trevor was quick to replace it and when our heating went off it was fixed as soon as there was a time someone was on to open the door!

I stayed in one of Trevor's properties for the final year of my undergraduate degree. In all aspects, it was a great house providing warmth, safety, fast internet speeds and a handyman on hand for any concerns that we had.
